I've been coming to Sports Clips for years now. The stylists are all friendly and knowledgeable and just want to make sure you have a great experience. They are always accommodating if you decide to take it shorter and will quickly address anything that gets missed. I always spring for the MVP and don't regret it. They are happy to converse if you want it or quiet if that's what you prefer...no forced conversations. I could go to higher end salons or barber shops that specialize in Men's hair, but honestly, why pay more? The app for booking the appointment is super convenient too and makes it easy to select my favorite stylist or take first available if she's overbooked that day...either way I know I'll get a great haircut.

The people are amazing. The stylists are always friendly and do a great job.
It’s dissipating that for the first time ever where I went to sports clips I couldn’t get the MVP because the stores hot water heater has been broken for over a month. I’ve always enjoyed my experience at sports clips and have been coming to this location for many years. I also couldn’t help but wonder how clean the facility was since they did not have hot water available. Not even to wash their hands after using the bathroom. Then they touch peoples heads. I would expect more from the sports clips brand than to let a long standing issue like loss of hot water negatively impact the customers and staff. Please do better.

Sarah is always pleasant and does a great job.
This was my second visit in a month now with NO HOT WATER. Failing to comprehend how a salon can operate that long without the ability to shampoo someone post cut. Once is understandable but twice is just shocking.

Sara is AMAZING and why I have been coming to this location for over 10 years, and getting an MVP every time.
This is my second haircut in a row to where "the hot water heater didn't work" and I could not get a MVP. After 10+ years, I will likely look for a new location to get my hair cut as a hot water heater is great for the MVP but also should be required for hygiene. Home Depot has plenty in stock and is only 10 minutes away.
